Grade 2 listed, it was built in the 18th century to house a large capstan used to winch up seine boats, originally used for pilchard fishing. The house is well maintained and has a modern kitchen and living area including slate flooring throughout, with the addition of a cosy wood burning stove for winter. Lulled by the sound of the waves, you can enjoy sea views from the main bedroom and sitting room. French windows lead out to the garden, and here you can watch the daily activities of the local fishermen, village events, or just relax and enjoy your holiday.
